Medzhybizh Castle — western fortifications. The castle stands at the confluence of the Southern Bug and Buzhok rivers in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Its present architectural ensemble developed mainly between the XIV and XVI centuries and combines defensive structures with a Renaissance palace complex.
Medzhybizh Castle — defensive walls and bastion. The massive stone fortifications were substantially rebuilt in the XVI century under the Sieniawski family. The walls and towers formed a complex defensive system protecting the approaches to the castle.
